Most people have been let down by a trade before. We'd rather be upfront now than awkward later, so here's exactly how we do it.
Domestic & small private works
Payment is due on completion of the scaffold erection. We agree it before we start, so there's nothing to argue about on the day.
Council, commercial & housing association
These run on separate, contractually agreed terms to suit the job and the paperwork your site needs.
No payment on completion = no erection
We won't put a scaffold up until payment on completion is agreed. It's how we keep the wages paid, the kit maintained and the inspections done.
Covers crew wages, fuel, insurance, equipment, yard rent and the weekly statutory inspections that keep everyone safe.
